1. Shipping Destinations

    • Covered Areas: Mainland China (Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan require separate arrangements)
    • Remote Areas: Tibet, Xinjiang, etc. (+5-7 business days)
  2. International Shipping
    • Supported Countries: USA, Canada, EU, Japan, Australia,EU.
    • Restricted Items: Figures with batteries/magnets (ground shipping only)

    • Custom items require 3-5 additional processing days.

4. Tracking & Customs

  2. Duties & Taxes
    • Mainland China: Prices include VAT.
    • International Orders:
      • EU: DDP (Duties Prepaid)
      • USA: DDU (Recipient Pays Duties)
    • Critical Note: Returned shipments due to unpaid duties will incur round-trip shipping fees.

5. Returns & Lost Packages

  1. Damaged Items
    • Required within 48 hrs of delivery:
      • Photos of all box sides (including shipping label).
      • Close-up video of damage.
    • Solutions: Free replacement or full refund.
  2. Lost Packages
    • Domestic: Initiate investigation after 15 days.
    • International: Initiate investigation after 30 days.
    • Compensation: Up to 110% of order value.

6. Special Terms

  • Pre-orders: Shipping dates per product page. Expedited shipping unavailable.
  • Insurance: Optional for orders over $200 (1% of order value).
